LEAP Encryption Access Project


LEAP is a non-profit dedicated to giving all internet users access to secure communication.

Their focus is on adapting encryption technology to make it easy to use and widely available. For this project, LEAP focused on building the Bitmask VPN service and integrating secure email services to allow for implementation by a wide range of service providers as well as easing the installation and configuration for system administrators who maintain private email servers. Much of the focus was on making email security user friendly and giving clear feedback to the user regarding important security properties of their messages.
