Tiff joined OTF as the Director of Finance, having previously served the organization as Interim Controller. Tiff is responsible for directing the financial and budgetary actions of OTF, serves as an internal advisor to the President and Board on all financial matters, and ensures that OTF meets all critical regulatory and legal compliance benchmarks.
As a finance professional with more than 15 years of progressive experience, Tiff brings a comprehensive knowledge of reorganizing, streamlining, and strengthening financial operations that aligns with OTF’s mission.
Prior to joining OTF, Tiff served as Assistant Controller for the Paralyzed Veterans of America, where she provided strategic vision and direction to the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable team while managing the day-to-day financial and accounting functions of the organization. Previously, as the Accounting Manager for the American Physical Society, Tiff provided financial oversight and management, ensuring compliance with appropriate GAAP standards and regulatory requirements.
Tiff graduated from Bowie State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus in Accounting and is a member of the ASAE, AICPA, and NABA.
