As the Human Resources Generalist, Lindsey provides guidance and oversight on all HR matters at OTF. Lindsey also manages the hiring for OTF, both domestically and internationally.
Prior to joining OTF, Lindsey worked as an Employee Relations Manager for Foot Locker Headquarters in NewYork, New York. Additionally, Lindsey worked as the Hiring Manager for GEICO in Lakeland, Florida. Lindsey volunteers for a Portland, Maine-based non-profit organization, The Center for Grieving Children and Families, where she is the Secretary of the Board and serves on multiple committees.
Lindsey graduated from Rollins College with a degree in Political Science and Business Administration.
