Prior to joining OTF, Ashley worked as the Participant Experience Manager for InterExchange, promoting cross-cultural understanding and collaboration. She managed the ambassador program, helping program participants tell their stories, and the organization’s Foundation, which aims to improve the accessibility of travel abroad programming. Ashley also contributed to program recruitment and external partnership collaboration, as well as leading efforts for diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Ashley has an editorial background, beginning her career in educational publishing. At Pearson Education, she held Associate Editor and Editorial Project Manager positions.
She earned her B.S. at the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University and holds an M.A. in Diplomacy and International Relations from Seton Hall University.
