The Open Technology Fund is seeking an experienced, proactive, and engaged Executive Assistant to provide high level administrative support to OTF’s President, General Counsel/Chief Operating Officer and leadership staff.

The Open Technology Fund is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high level administrative support to OTF’s President, General Counsel/Chief Operating Officer and leadership staff. The Executive Assistant:
- Performs data entry, including updating internal spreadsheets and trackers.
- Maintains corporate files and proper filing of all correspondence; Organizes, files, and retrieves documents.
- Prepares reports, internal communications, and other documents.
- Handles all reservations/registrations for staff and partners as well as making travel arrangements and scheduling executive appointments.
- Assists in planning team events.
- Schedules internal team meetings, prepares meeting agendas and captures notes and action items during meetings
- Drafts memos and correspondence from dictation, as necessary.
- Schedules internal and external meetings for executives and attends meetings alongside executives, as necessary.
- Reviews emails and responds or forwards as appropriate.
- Processes expense reports and facilitates reimbursements.
- Assists with processing invoices and other Accounts Payable tasks, as needed.
- Coordinates with contractors and consultants for a variety of projects.
- Schedules interviews.
- Oversees office maintenance and orders supplies.
- Other duties as assigned.

A level of education that when combined with your professional experience will adequately show you have the capability to contribute meaningfully to OTF. Candidates who have relevant academic degrees or certifications are encouraged to apply, but this is a plus - not a requirement.
5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Office Manager
Familiarity with Google Suite is a plus.
$72,000 – $94,000 commensurate with qualifications and experience. This is a full-time position for employment. OTF seeks exceptional applicants and offers competitive compensation and excellent employer-paid benefits.
Currently OTF is working in a fully remote capacity with an anticipated return to OTF’s offices in Washington, D.C. in 2022. Fully remote may be available for the right candidate.
