PLG focuses on building a feasible alternative for data collection inside countries with repressive regimes that increase the safety of the involved parties. PLG analyzes the limitations of existing tools and technologies, describe the mechanisms, tools, and methods that will allow normal readers to conduct coordinated experiments from their Internet connections, and increase the awareness of Internet tampering in selected countries.
