Iran Cyber Dialogue

Iran Cyber Dialogue (ICD) is an annual global conference on ICT development, human rights and diplomacy.

The annual Iran Cyber Dialogue (ICD) is organized to support and build practical, collaborative and long-term responses to Internet freedom challenges in Iran. More specifically, the event focuses on tackling challenges to online access to information and freedom of expression, with an eye for improving privacy and digital security. By bringing together various actors from civil society, technology, policy, government, and media, the event aims to facilitate genuine dialogue across political differences, forge connections and build community, and to develop well-informed approaches that support the best outcomes possible for Iranian civil society.
