Zom is an open-source communication and connection tool with built in privacy features.
This report documents the findings of a security assessment of the Zom application, carried out by five members of the Cure53 team in late April and early May of 2016. The scope of the assignment discussed in this report encompassed tests against mobile applications. The sources were made available to the Cure53 testers by the Zom team, and a test-version for each application was shared. The assessment focused on Android and iOS versions of the Zom suite.
