Digital Security Lab team provided digital security assistance for one of the biggest Crimea media organizations. The head office of organization is in Kyiv, but there are many correspondents and informers living and working from annexed peninsula, most of them work under cover. There are many incidents of device seizure, phishing and malware attacks on journalists and activists and criminal cases based on information Russian security agencies find there. So digital security is one of the focus of Crimean journalists. Digital Security Lab conducted security audit and post-audit consultations for the team in Kyiv and correspondents from Crimea.
