The incident response system reduces the current bottlenecks in trusted middle-men, the over-reliance on a small number of service providers, and the isolation of those CSOs who are not connected to the internet freedom community, by securely and efficiently connecting CSOs to the service providers who are best placed to help them respond to an incident. This platform raises the collective resilience oft hese communities, ensuring not only that they effectively respond to security incidents, but, moreover, are able to prevent incidents from occurring in the future.
