Digital surveillance and censorship threaten freedom of expression, access to information and human rights, world-wide. The Internet Freedom Festival is the largest and most diverse gathering of technologists, developers, policy experts and activists working to address these threats. IFF 2016 is centered around eight tracks, representing the leading topics of interest to the community. OTF and the Media Democracy Fund will provide funder-only gathering opportunities to learn about the Internet Freedom community and explore conference themes, including policy, design, diversity, journalism, best practices and technology tools.
