Radio Free Asia (RFA)’s Open Technology Fund (OTF) is currently soliciting proposals from agencies or individuals that can provide website development and digital strategy services for OTF’s various digital properties. The bid is open to all interested parties, and there are no charges for vendors to register and submit a bid.
The scope of contract is to revamp OTF’s current web properties and create new web properties. Vendor must specialize in Drupal, as well as other web building technologies such as Hugo, and, at a minimum, have a basic understanding of frontend web security best practices.
